The use of extruded linseed improves the assimilation of food thanks to its protective effect on the gastric mucosa. It also regulates the gastrointestinal system and has antiseptic properties. Extruded linseed naturally contains Omega-3 fats, well-known for their anti-inflammatory properties as well as for stimulating the immune system. These fats also play an important role in improving fertility as they regulate the estrous cycle and reduce fetal mortality.

General Instructions: Can be used as is, even without soaking in water, in an amount of 100 - 300g / day.
